General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with AppMentor, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and AppMentor.

Under no circumstances shall AppMentor team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if AppMentor team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AppMentor will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any moment.

License

AppMentor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and AppMentor (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "AppMentor", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the AppMentor website and the services accessible from the AppMentor website.

You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the AppMentor Service. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the website or make the platform available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website.

AppMentor provides mobile and web application development services, including but not limited to:

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • You retain ownership of your content and data
  • AppMentor retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Final deliverables become your property upon full payment
  • AppMentor may use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless confidentiality is required

Confidentiality

AppMentor respects the confidential nature of client information and will:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information
  • Use client information solely for providing agreed services
  • Implement reasonable security measures to protect client data
  • Sign additional NDAs when required

Limitation of Liability

AppMentor's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or services
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All unpaid invoices become immediately due
  • Work completed to date will be delivered
  • Confidentiality obligations continue
  • Both parties retain their respective intellectual property rights

Modifications

AppMentor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
